For more than 20 years, we've partnered with employers across Australia and New Zealand to give their people access to one of the region's largest fitness networks, all on a single membership. Today we reach more than 550,000 members across every major sector, from hospitals, schools and emergency services to councils, banks and major corporations.
We work with over 2,300 facilities and hundreds of employers across Australia and New Zealand. But the number that matters most to us? The everyday person who used their lunch break to move, who found a gym close to home, who started a healthy habit they've kept. That's what we're here for. Where and how we work
Our team spans Australia and New Zealand, with dog friendly offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We work three days in the office and two days remotely.
We believe we do our best work together - the energy, the collaboration, the problems that get solved faster when you're in the same room. Phone Screen with our internal Recruitment Team.

1st Round Interview with the hiring manager, conversational flow based around the role and core capabilities.
Step 3
Technical Interview
This is a hands on or creative assessment based of your role. This allows us to gauge the way you perform and for you to put your own spin on it.
Step 4
Culture Fit
Technical is important but being part of the family counts too. This will be with relevant stakeholders or senior leaders to ensure you align to our values.
