Fitness Passport began with the people who keep communities running: health services, emergency services, education and government. Today the program also runs across banking, telecommunications, retail and corporate Australia and New Zealand. If your people work hard, this benefit fits.

What makes a great fit.

Great partners share a few things: a welcoming facility, a commitment to safety and quality, and an appetite for new members. The rest is straightforward: agree the partnership, set up check-in, go live. From there, Fitness Passport members simply expect what you already deliver: a place worth coming back to.

How do facilities get paid?

Partners are paid for every visit Fitness Passport members make, with no cap. The more your members visit, the more you earn. Commercial details are discussed during onboarding.

Will Fitness Passport members displace my direct members?

Fitness Passport members are typically new audiences for partner facilities, arriving through their employer’s program rather than your local market.

What does setup involve?

A partnership agreement, check-in setup and a network introduction. Our team supports each step, and once you’re live, ongoing support is always just a phone call away.

Do I need new systems?

No. QR check-in is simple to run, and we can work alongside your existing booking or gym management system.

What do members expect?

The same experience your direct members receive: standard access to a well-run facility.
